The CellSpot system allows the user to image defects and non-uniformities in solar cells and minimodules without room light artifacts. Non-contact PL imaging can even be applied to partially processed cells, while comparing EL to PL images allows the user to differentiate between series-resistance and bulk/surface quality effects.
