Opixs lets you analyse and optimise subpixel concepts long before fabrication, helping reduce R&D costs by identifying performance and power issues early.

Opixs key features

• Flexible subpixel layouts: lateral, vertical, or mixed arrangements
• Input options: import JVL characteristics, set CIE coordinates, load real images as displayed content
• Detailed outputs:
  • Power statistics per subpixel and subpixel combinations
  • Heat maps for power, voltage, current and luminance
  • Pixel usage and colour distribution analysis
• Direct computation of best colour representation for layouts with more than three subpixels, making power saving and battery lifetime extension potentials directly quantifiable.
